We gave security products a totally fresh perspective

It’s all too easy to get bogged down in detail when promoting tech products. So, when creating a piece of content to drive awareness and sales of the SanDisk® MAX ENDURANCE microSD™ card, we decided to do things differently.

To connect with our audience, we focussed on the end-user benefits rather than the spec, humanising the product and making it easier for people to see how it could fit into their lives and the value it added.

We commissioned a bespoke piece of animation that followed the life of a young couple through the lens of their home security camera. As their lives evolved, the footage captured by the memory card in the camera never faltered, year after year – whatever the weather. It was the perfect way to highlight the card’s long-lasting endurance and durability without getting lost in spec-heavy narrative.

The engaging animation made the short-form content perfect for social platforms where it was used to raise product awareness and drive conversion.
